What Did
Beacon Digital Do:

We started by analyzing his system end-to-end. The key changes we made included:

Offer and Market Research

Creating and testing a new set of offers: Bryan had only every been running a “free estimate” offer, which was used by the majority of his competitors. We switched this to split test a range of new offers including: “$400 off an entry door” to distinguish him against the competition.

Nurture Sequences

Implemented a 40 touch point set of automated nurture sequences: These sequences were developed specifically around Bryan’s offer, nurturing prospects as soon as they submitted their information. This significantly increased the proportion of leads that would respond (specifically over the weekend).

AI Appointment Setter

We implemented an A.I. appointment setter to call leads as soon as they expressed interest. This appointment setter was available 24/7, significantly reducing the time it would take for Bryan’s business to respond to customers.

CRM Integration

We integrated a CRM to capture the lead, nurture and set appointments. Once set, the appointment would automatically move into Bryan’s fulfilment CRM - Service Titan.

Outcome

Key Aspects of Solution: Offer (35%), Creative / Funnel (25%) , Systems & Automations (20%), AI Appointment Setter (20%)

  • We were able to reduce the Cost per Lead to an average of $63. This was driven by repositioning the offer, creating a clear separation between Bryan and his competitors.

  • We increased the lead to booked appointment rate to 40.2%, reducing the cost per booked appointment to $158.

  • This reduced the overall cost per booked appointment by 83%.
